We have established Justice Forensics to provide expert witness testimony, medical chart/medical billing review, and consulting services. Providing comprehensive medical opinions for case reviews and legal proceedings in areas of neonatal, pediatric medicine, and sexual assault. We offer unbiased medical consultations for personal injury cases and criminal proceedings. Expert opinions are based exclusively on the facts of the specific case. These are up-to-date interpretations of patient presentations, clinical findings, case management, and natural history of highly variable conditions with even more variable outcomes. Whether standards of care were met, and how an outcome was affected, is key to any medical malpractice, personal injury, or medical billing case. 
Michele Elmore, MSN, RN, SANE-A, holds a Master of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has 30+ years of pediatric nursing experience, 10+ years as a University Pediatric Nursing Instructor, and 3+ years as a Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, and is a Director at Large for the Arkansas Forensic Nurses Association. She is a published author, conference speaker and presenter.
Suzanne Whitaker has 15+years in medical billing for both privately owned Dr. offices and large hospitals. Experienced as both an office manager and a supervisor over the medical billing department for a large hospital.
